Welcome to the Parent's Circle - a safe, fun place to make friends and meet other parents who are on a similar path. Whether you are pregnant or postpartum, everyone is invited and encouraged to come. We meet (usually) on the 2nd Friday at More Mojo and the 4th Saturday of the month at Neighborhood Playgarden from 11am to 1pm. Bring snacks, or just bring yourself!! This is an opportunity to deepen your connection to the home birth community. See you there!
This is a grown-ups-only-without-your-baby event! (Imagine that!) Every third Thursday of the month, come on out with your other mommy-friends to Pause Wine Bar. $24 includes a glass of wine and appetizers. Hosted by Jane Austin, Kate Cariffe, Stephanie Forster, and Lila Tavelli. 1666 Market St.
Walk, meditate, manifest, dream. Take time out of your busy day to walk the Labyrinth with other mamas. Led by Yoga teacher, Jane Austin, and Midwife Sue Baelen. Open and free to all who gather. Every third Thursday of the month, meet at the Labyrinth itself at Grace Cathedral at 11:45am.
This will be a more intimate, committed group that will meet to discuss and process birth outcomes that were challenging and unexpected. We will share stories and use "birth story medicine" to help understand the journeys that unfolded. All are welcome, even if they did not have their baby with me. We will, however, ask for a 3 time commitment.

We will also watch a short home waterbirth video. Here is your chance to meet the midwives and see if midwifery and home birth is for you!

The funnest 60 minutes of fitness that you will ever have! Come meet other mommies and get your sweat on! Talia Litle, professional dancer and Zumba instructor, will lead you through an amazing hour of shimmies and shakes that are sure to get your baby in the right position and ready for birth. Always free for Wisewoman Childbirth Traditions clients, every Friday at Steppin' Out Studios. Once you have had your baby, we will provide the childcare, so there are no excuses!! See you there!
Classes are open to non-WCT clients as well for $15 a class, plus $3 for childcare.

The Bay Area CranioSacral Children’s Collective invites you to participate in the second Sunday of the month Infant CranioSacral Free Clinic. Pre-crawlers and their parents are encouraged to RSVP for appointments. If you have been curious about what CranioSacral is and how it can help your baby, this is an opportunity to get to know the work, therapists in our community, and meet other parents with babies.
